My Story

Growing up, I always felt a little different. I gave myself labels: messy, scattered, lazy. I hid it well, but tasks that seemed easy for others didn't come naturally to me-- and I'm a really smart girl!

When I was 40, I was diagnosed with ADHD, and suddenly, everything made sense. I was upset with myself, that after all this time and being SO good with neurodivergent students, I didn't realize it was because I could relate! With that clarity came a whirlwind of emotions - relief, frustration, and a burning desire to teach others who were in the same boat.

With over two decades in education, a heart that's passionate about understanding giftedness & neurodiversity, and a spirit led to coach dozens of individuals towards their best selves, I've poured my knowledge, experience, and love into this playbook.
